울산 장생포문화창고 4층 갤러리에서 열리고 있는 ‘다그닥 다그닥! 말 미술관’이 관람객들의 큰 호응을 얻고 있다. 고래문화재단이 기획한 이번 특별전은 어린이들의 순수한 상상력과 창의력을 담은 ‘말 그림’을 주제로, 별도의 심사나 선발 과정 없이 누구나 참여할 수 있는 열린 전시로 마련됐다.

2026년 병오년 ‘말의 해’를 맞아 희망과 활기찬 기운을 전하는 이번 전시에는 총 170여 점의 작품이 접수됐다. 울산뿐 아니라 부산, 양산, 대구, 천안 등 전국 각지에서 작품이 도착해 뜨거운 관심을 입증했다.

특히 발달장애 예술 전문 에이전시 ‘세일아트’ 소속 작가들과 울산에서 활동 중인 발달장애 청소년 작가 ‘안드레’도 함께 참여해 전시의 의미를 더했다. 포토존과 체험존도 함께 운영돼 가족 단위 관람객들의 발길이 이어지고 있으며, 참여 어린이들이 가족과 함께 다시 찾는 등 따뜻한 문화 공간으로 자리매김하고 있다.

전시는 오는 25일까지 운영되며 매주 월요일은 휴관이다.

The special exhibition “Clip-Clop! Horse Art Museum” currently on display at the 4th-floor gallery of Jangsaengpo Culture Warehouse in Ulsan is receiving an enthusiastic response from visitors. Organized by the Whale Culture Foundation, the exhibition centers on horse-themed artwork created by children, showcasing their pure imagination and creativity. Notably, the exhibition was designed as an open platform without any screening or selection process, allowing anyone to participate rather than focusing on competition.

In celebration of 2026, the Year of the Horse (Byeongo Year), the exhibition conveys a hopeful and energetic spirit. Approximately 170 artworks were submitted, drawing participation not only from Ulsan but also from Busan, Yangsan, Daegu, and Cheonan, reflecting nationwide interest.

Adding further meaning to the exhibition, artists from the developmental disability art agency “Sail Art,” as well as Andre, a young artist with developmental disabilities active in Ulsan, also took part. With photo zones and hands-on experience areas available, the exhibition continues to attract families, and many participating children have revisited the gallery with their loved ones. Jangsaengpo Culture Warehouse is increasingly establishing itself as a warm cultural space where families can create lasting memories together.

The exhibition runs through the 25th and is closed every Monday.
